Safety Cameras

Your Karta Automotive includes a database of speed controlled zones. This control is enforced by devices commonly known as Speed Cameras* and whenever you are approaching such zone on your route, Karta Automotive is designed to warn you visually on the map and/or by sound with a voice warning and/or sound alert.

 

*Only when applicable

If you see the following block, with a ,means you are about to enter a speed controlled zone, and you'll be informed of the speed limit and entering distance. Once inside you’ll get the same block with a and zone ending distance. 

Speed camera warnings work outside the navigation mode too, meaning you don’t need an active route to be alerted when driving.
