Can I set my Home and Work locations?

Yes, and it will definitely save you some time when setting a route to these two common locations. Just tap on the Search bar, go to Favorites, and tap Home    or Work  

After inserting the address just tap on the colored add button below.

You can also set these locations, along with customizable Favorites, by selecting the star icon  when viewing the Details of any place or address.
