Lost or damaged SD-Card

If the NDrive Navigation SD-Card that came with your In-Dash Radio is lost or has been damaged, you will need to contact our Technical Support so we can assist you.

When filling the form, please include the following information:

1. Brand and model of your radio;
2. Serial Number. You can usually find it by accessing Menu - Settings - Other - Version on the radio's menu options.

Each SD-Card contains a unique identifier, which is tied to the NDrive11 software. Due to this, you cannot make backup copies of the SD-Card because the maps will be locked.
